Garlic Turmeric Rice with Stock Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long-grain brown rice

  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken stock (instead of water)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
